The Imaginarium Studio

LAYAYA Imagianrium Studios houses the LAYAYA Organization. In addition to our art studio space we have a creative writing lab, a STEAM Lab and workshop (Science, Technology, Engineering, ART & Math), a music department, a set and soundstage for our podcast and webisodes including "The Buzz", The Imaginarium Theater, The Oasis (our outdoor creative space) , our woodworking workshop and more!
We have kicked off our "Home is where the ART is" Campaign to raise the funds to purchase the building that houses the program. We are off to a great start and will be reaching out to our community to help us as we move towards our goal. Purchasing the building is vital to keeping the LAYAYA program in our community for generations to come. It will secure the program and assure that this important resource is available to everyone in our community who would like to create and make our community the best that it can be.   If you would like to arrange a tour of LAYAYA or would like to help our efforts to purchase the building please do not hesitate to contact us at (504) 345-9292 or via email at [email protected]

The Imaginarium Studio is the home studio for members of LAYAYA. It also serves as a community studio where people of all ages can gather to create! We offer events that are open to the public (registration is required) for people of all ages as well as workshops and more!  In our Imaginarium Gallery you can purchase unique, handcrafted items while supporting local artists and crafters!  We offer monthly painting parties just for the "grown - ups" where you can choose from several great designs to paint on wood or canvas. The images are pre-sketched for you so that you can just relax and paint. You can also book a private painting party (for a group of any age) with a minimum of 5 guests. Painting party dates are limited. Email us at [email protected] or call (504) 345-9292 to inquire about a private party or a fundraising party for a charity of your choice. (Fundraising parties require a minimum of 20 painters)
